Role Overview :
Mivi is seeking a dynamic, experienced Creative and Public Relations Strategist to drive our brand presence across social media channels and craft compelling brand stories. The ideal candidate will blend strategic campaign thinking with tactical execution, be adept at high-impact copywriting, wield sharp data analysis skills, and manage multiple projects across digital platforms and earned media channels. Expertise using AI tools for video content creation and a strong influencer network are required. This role will report to the Head of Marketing, collaborating closely with in-house design, performance, and product Strategy & Copywriting :
- Develop, write, and edit engaging social media content, website copy, product stories, and brand messaging in Mivi's distinct tone and voice.
- Ideate and execute content calendars aligned with product launches, events, and campaign initiatives.
- Optimize content for SEO and platform-specific best practices.
Creative Tool Proficiency :
Use AI and generative tools like Mid-journey, VEO3, and similar platforms for advanced video and visual content creation.Stay updated on the latest AI-driven creative tools to enhance the brand's digital presence.Public Relations & Influencer Collaboration :
Build media lists, craft press releases, manage PR outreach, and nurture media / influencer relationships.Leverage a strong network of nano, micro, and mega influencers for brand collaborations and campaign amplification.Drive and measure PR campaigns to maximize earned media coverage across mainstream and digital outlets.Coordinate product seeding, event PR, and partnerships that strengthen the Mivi brand.Campaign Thinking & Data Analysis :
Plan and execute integrated campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize reach and engagement.Analyze campaign performance, social listening, and user data to optimize future efforts and demonstrate ROI.Present actionable reports and content performance dashboards to stakeholders.Project Management :
Manage end-to-end content and PR projects-brief internal / external teams, manage timelines, ensure deliverables meet objectives.Coordinate with designers, influencers, and vendors to produce compelling assets and execute multi-channel 4-5 years of proven experience in social media content creation, copywriting, public relations, or digital campaign management, ideally in consumer electronics, lifestyle, or fast-paced startup environments.Demonstrated experience using AI tools for video and creative content production (Mid-journey, VEO3, etc.).A robust network of nano, micro, and mega influencers across platforms and experience building influencer-led campaigns.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a killer portfolio of brand content and campaigns.Data-savvy : proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Meltwater, etc.), adept at deriving insights.Project management wizardry-organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven.Ability to think creatively and strategically, balancing brand storytelling with business objectives.Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism, or related field preferred.What You'll Love :
