We’re Hiring : Network Engineer – Firewall Implementation (Level 2) - Pune (MH)

Join our Managed Security Services (MSS) Team and play a key role in implementing, managing, and maintaining client firewalls and switches. This dual-role opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about network security, firewall management, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deploy, configure, and support client firewalls and network infrastructure
• Monitor, triage, and respond to firewall and VPN-related incidents
• Collaborate with Network Engineers and SOC teams for effective resolution
• Mentor SOC team members on network and firewall operations
• Create and maintain documentation, playbooks, and incident use cases
• Provide remote support for client firewalls, VPNs, and connectivity issues
• Participate in after-hours maintenance and on-call support as required
