Role & responsibilities :
Administration Executive :
- Oversee front desk operations, including meet and greet activities.
- Supervise cleaning and housekeeping activities across all four floors, including executive cabins.
- Manage housekeeping staff and office assistants.
- Arrange food and refreshments for interview candidates, guests, and meetings.
- Coordinate the booking and scheduling of conference rooms.
- Organize corporate events, meetings, and other internal functions.
- Maintain inventory and manage stock for housekeeping, stationery, and pantry supplies.
- Handle petty cash and corporate credit cards, including invoice collection and submission.
- Manage relationships with vendors for various services such as housekeeping, security, coffee / water supplies, stationery, newspapers, and vending machines.
- Prepare monthly Admin MIS (Management Information System) reports.
- Process travel claims and reimbursement requests for employees.
- Oversee vehicle insurance renewals and Fastag management.
- Handle vendor management tasks, including identifying new vendors, negotiating rate revisions, and renewing agreements.
- Coordinate with the building management team regarding parking allocations, entry permits, and other facility-related needs.
- Manage and coordinate vendor payments.
