Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of essential office systems, such as air conditioning (AC), electrical panels, and generators (Genset).
- Manage travel bookings, accommodation arrangements, and transportation for employees.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure the smooth functioning of office equipment and facilities.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and assist with scheduling and planning for office events.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Proven experience in handling technical equipment such as ACs, panels, and Gensets.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Experience with travel bookings and coordinating logistics.A proactive approach to solving problems and ensuring smooth office operationsSkills Required
