Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing online marketing strategies to enhance the hospital’s visibility, patient engagement, and trust. The role involves managing digital campaigns, hospital branding, and leveraging digital platforms to connect with patients and the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote hospital services and specialties.
- Manage and grow NIMS Hospital’s official social media platforms.
- Create engaging content (posts, blogs, videos, patient stories) in collaboration with content / design teams.
- Plan and monitor campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics & Meta Business Suite.
- Coordinate with hospital departments for promotional content, health awareness drives, and event coverage.
- Support online reputation management and monitor patient feedback platforms.
- Research healthcare marketing trends and apply innovative digital strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (healthcare / hospital experience preferred).Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and social media advertising.Familiarity with healthcare branding and patient engagement strategies.Excellent content writing, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better ROI.What We Offer
