Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing & Martech Solutioning Leader to spearhead our Digital Marketing Solutioning vertical for Presales . The individual will play a critical role in conceptualizing, designing, and presenting end-to-end digital marketing and martech solutions to global clients. This is a senior client-facing role that requires a strong blend of marketing technology expertise, solution design, presales consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the solutioning and presales function for Digital Marketing and Martech engagements across global clients.
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into scalable, innovative, and ROI-driven digital marketing solutions.
- Build solution frameworks across areas like :
- Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Marketing Automation, Campaign Management
- Personalization, Journey Orchestration, CRM & Loyalty, Digital Analytics
- SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing, Performance Marketing.
- Partner with sales and account teams to create compelling RFP / RFI responses, proposals, and solution presentations.
- Engage with senior client stakeholders (CMOs, Digital Heads, CIOs) to position eClerx’s digital marketing and martech capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (delivery, product, technology, analytics) to design comprehensive GTM solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in digital marketing, AI / ML in Martech, personalization, and data-driven marketing.
- Develop thought leadership content and represent eClerx in industry forums, events, and client discussions.
Required Skills & Experience
15+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Martech, or Marketing Consulting, with at least 5+ years in solutioning / presales.Strong knowledge of leading Martech platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, Google Marketing Platform, HubSpot, etc.).Proven expertise in solutioning complex digital marketing ecosystems for large global enterprises.Deep understanding of customer journey mapping, omnichannel engagement, personalization strategies, and campaign management.Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills to influence senior stakeholders.Experience in pre-sales consulting, deal solutioning, RFP / RFI response management, and client workshops.Strong business acumen, consultative mindset, and ability to balance strategy with execution feasibility.Global exposure and prior client-facing experience across BFSI, Retail, CPG, Technology, or Telecom verticals preferred.
