Job description
Location : Siliguri (Panitanki, Bhutki, Kurseong, Kalimpong, Rajgang Branch, Bhaktinagar, Rathkola, Kawakhari, Shiv Mandir, Bagdogra, Namchi branch, Bidhannagar)
CTC : 4.50 LPA (as per your requirement)
Channel : Banca Channel
Experience : Minimum 2+ years in Life Insurance
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the relationship with assigned bank branches and support branch staff.
- Generate business from bank walk-ins, leads, and referrals.
- Explain life insurance products to bank customers and assist in choosing suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly revenue and productivity targets.
- Drive business through branch banking channels and coordinate with the bank team.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high-quality service.
- Conduct regular training sessions for bank staff to improve product awareness.
