The role also involves strategic planning, cost control, and coordinating with various support departments.

Operational and administrative

• Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations and administrative activities.
• Coordinate with IT, infrastructure, and other support services for branch needs.
• Oversee cash management, account reconciliation, and ensure end-of-day processes are accurate and compliant.
• Manage and control operational budgets and report variances.
