Job description
  • Drive business development efforts to achieve disbursement and sales targets for CE products.
  • Manage credit administration processes to ensure timely approvals and compliance.
  • Oversee operations management to ensure seamless processing and fulfillment of loans or credit.
  • Deliver excellent client servicing by building long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage the team to achieve business goals and process efficiency.
  • Generate repeat business by nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Achieve cross-sell targets by identifying opportunities within the client base.
  • Provide timely feedback and management information system (MIS) reports to senior management.
  • Desired Skills and Experience :

    • Experience : 4 to 6 years in business development, client relationship management, or credit operations, preferably within consumer electronics financing, NBFCs, or retail finance sectors.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Commercial acumen with a clear understanding of business and customer needs.
    • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and sustain relationships.
