Deliver excellent client servicing by building long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Lead and manage the team to achieve business goals and process efficiency.
Generate repeat business by nurturing existing client relationships.
Achieve cross-sell targets by identifying opportunities within the client base.
Provide timely feedback and management information system (MIS) reports to senior management.
Desired Skills and Experience :
Experience : 4 to 6 years in business development, client relationship management, or credit operations, preferably within consumer electronics financing, NBFCs, or retail finance sectors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
