Job descriptionThe incumbent will be responsible for driving growth in HDB's business across all its digital assets - Website, App. The incumbent a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO / SEM, email campaigns, social media and display advertising campaigns. Implement Martech tools. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. Collaborate with internal teams to create content, augment digital assets and optimize user experience. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners. Bachelor's / Post graduate degree in Marketing or related field (tech graduates preferred). Minimum 3-7 years of experience in Digital Marketing - preferably in D2C brands. Should have implemented a martech solution , direct to customer campaigns.
