Key Responsibilities :
Digital Strategy & Campaign Management :
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Drive organic marketing initiatives, including SEO, content marketing, and email automation campaigns.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns that combine performance, brand awareness, and lead generation.
- Oversee all digital content and creative direction to maintain consistent brand messaging across channels.
Website, SEO & Content Management :
Lead SEO and SEM efforts to improve website visibility and organic rankings.Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging blogs, articles, videos, and social media content that align with brand goals.Analyze website performance, improve user experience (UX / UI), and enhance conversion rates through A / B testing and landing page optimization.Ensure all online properties reflect updated product and promotional information.Social Media & Community Engagement :
Develop and manage a strong social media presence across all major platforms.Create and execute social media campaigns to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.Track analytics and engagement data to refine strategies for optimal audience interaction.Engage with online communities to foster brand loyalty and reputation.Analytics, Insights & Optimization :
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance through analytics tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.Track KPIs such as traffic growth, lead generation, CTR, engagement rate, and conversion metrics.Generate performance reports and actionable insights to improve future campaigns.Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.Cross-functional Collaboration :
Work closely with creative, product, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business strategy.Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, and partners to execute campaigns and brand collaborations.Support online sales channels with digital promotions, brand partnerships, and content optimization.Key Requirements :
Experience : 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven success in managing multi-channel campaigns.
Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Skills & Tools :
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), and email automation platforms.
Strong understanding of content marketing, social media strategy, and lead generation funnels.
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
