Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels such as web, SEO / SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
Analyze metrics, measure and report on the performance of all digital campaigns and optimize based on data-driven insights.
Manage and mentor teams consisting of executives, designers, or copywriters, and coordinate with media professionals and other agencies.
Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and the latest tools relevant to digital marketing.
Oversee the creation and optimization of campaign landing pages, conduct A / B tests, and recommend UX improvements.
Develop and monitor campaign budgets and ROI and prepare detailed campaign reports for stakeholders and clients.
Identify and manage relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and external vendors.
Job Requirement :
Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
4-8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with a substantial portion in agency environments.
Demonstrable experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns for various industries and verticals.
Strong command of digital marketing tools / platforms : Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, email marketing software, SEO tools, and CMS platforms.
Certifications (optional but valued) : Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or Digital Marketing certifications.
Proficient in managing and motivating diverse teams; excellent communication, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under tight deadlines.
