Role : SAP SuccessFactors PMGM

Location : Pan India Wipro (Hybrid)

Long-term Contract to Hire (C2H)

Client : Wipro. Shift- 2 PM to 11 PM IST

• Certified Consultant in PMGM
• 5+ Years of experience in PMGM
• Work experience in SF with minimum 2 E2E Implementation in modules PMGM
• Understanding of high-level business processes related to Performance Management & Goal Management, calibration, Continuous Performance Management, data migration, Job profile builder
• Demonstrated experience in developing systems requirements, designing, and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing SF modules under multiple deadlines
• Strong consulting skills, including analytical thinking, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
• Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard Success.
• Configure SuccessFactors components spanning PMGM functions to meet client needs
• Experience with system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing, user manuals, integration, and support.
• Hands on experience in business rules
• Hands on experience in configuration of the 360 Reviews feature, configuration of Performance Ratings and Permissions, configure of competencies, configure of Calibration, goal plans and Continuous Performance Management (CPM) and the features of CPM, JPB and worked on data migration for PMGM
• Hands on experience in Job Profile Builder
• Hands on experience in RBP
• Hands on experience XML configurations
• Hands on experience in Template, permissions configurations
• Hands on experience in Notification’s setup
• Hands on experience in ad-hoc and advanced reporting
• Hands on experience in workflows, route maps etc.
• Good exposure to extending SuccessFactors using MDF
• Knowledge on other talent Modules
• Knowledge on Integrations with SAP ECC & Third-Party systems
