YASH Technologies - SAP SuccessFactors Reporting & Analytics Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop reports using Tables, Canvas, Tiles, Dashboards, and Story Reports in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Implement and enable IAS / IPS for Story Reports (People Analytics).
• Resolve reporting-related issues and provide customers with root cause analysis and resolution updates.
• Configure Role-Based Permissions (RBP) specifically for reporting access and visibility.
• Create and manage complex queries in Advanced Reporting and Detailed Reporting.
• Import standard reports, validate and customize queries as required.
• Manage report migration between SuccessFactors instances.
• Share reports with appropriate Users, Roles, and Groups based on organizational needs.
• Schedule reports using Legacy Report Distributor Tool, Report Scheduler, and Provisioning.
• Create Tiles and configure them on the SuccessFactors Home Page, assigning access to relevant user groups.
• Utilize administrative tools such as Manage Workforce Analytics, Sync Report Center Search, and Purge Advanced Reporting Metadata Cache.
• Perform pre and post-refresh activities related to Analytics / Reporting for system maintenance and updates.
