Mandatory :

For Time Tracking requirement, consultant should have worked in Time Tracking modules, Time Sheet, Time Recording profiles, Time valuations etc... these should be there in their resume

In SF, we have Time Off and Time Tracking. Time Off is referring Absences like we apply leave and gets processed within. Time Tracking is our Attendance like clock in clock out which we do daily and get to see the entry and exit in our my world.

Job Summary :

As an SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP SuccessFactors Time Management module to optimize clients' HR processes, particularly in the area of time tracking.

Your expertise in SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices will be crucial in delivering successful projects and driving HR transformation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support for production issues in Time Management area and provide appropriate solution.
• Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Time Management solutions.
• Analyze client requirements and design solutions to meet their HR needs.
• Provide expert advice on SAP Best Practices for time management.
• Lead and support full-cycle implementation projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to time management functionalities.
• Collaborate with multi-cultural teams and guide customers on-site and offshore.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors updates and enhancements.
• Document the problem analysis, resolution clearly in business language to ensure repetition of the problems.
