Job description

The Position Is Mainly Responsible For

Provides technical Quotation and documentation support to Sales team

Work with Different stake holder in organization to get the documentation requirement of customer and comply the document

and submit the same for approval to customer and clearance for the manufacturing

Work with Product Managers to determine business needs and solutions.

Understanding the Techno commercial Proposal in line to customer technical requirements, commercial conditions of sales

and delivery times

Address customer techno commercial queries and issues in a timely manner.

Generating Installed base reports and Spare part agreement proposals.

SPIR preparation in concurrence with sales office

Providing product technical engineering information to customers and agents.

Need to Review and handle Portal enquiry of Key Customer etc.

Knowledge in sizing and selection will be added advantage

Education And Experience

Bachelor's degree in engineering from a reputed institute.

Minimum 7-8years of working experience in application or quotation preparation. Valves experience would be preferable.

Knowledge of commercial terms and conditions of sales, Incoterms, international trade & finance requirements.

knowledge of commercial documents as LC / SBLC / Bank Guarantees etc.

Experience of Finance and logistics related activities in ERP system.

Experience is supporting international Sales office through a centralized support team.

Good knowledge of Microsoft office / Excel / PowerPoint

Good communication skills in English as a language.

Skills

Ability to work under pressure.

Strong communication and team-player

Customer and results oriented.

Flexibility in working hrs. and ability to work in a multi-cultural and multi-language atmosphere.

Must be open to travel, as per requirement, ability to travel internationally.

Must have exposure to plant / operations processes.
