Revenue Generation – Achieving placement-driven revenue targets. Additionally, you may support training, placement coordination, and digital outreach initiatives.

EdHike is looking for a seasoned US IT Recruiter to join our growing team!
If you’re experienced in technical recruitment and can confidently handle both recruiting and business development, we want to hear from you.
🕐 Shift : 9 AM – 6 PM EST
📍 Location : Delhi-NCR, Onsite (US Shift)
📅 Experience : 3 years
💼 Type : Full-time
What We’re Looking For :
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment and Business Development.
- Expertise in W2, C2C, and CTH hiring models (Direct Client / MSP experience preferred)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Experience with ATS, job boards, and sourcing strategies
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multitask efficiently
