We are looking for an experienced HR professional specializing in Talent Acquisition , with a strong background in sales hiring for the real estate sector . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment life cycle and delivering quality hires within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Understand manpower requirements for real estate sales roles (e.g., Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, Channel Sales).
- Manage end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, offer rollouts, and onboarding.
- Utilize various sourcing channels : job portals, social media (LinkedIn), referrals, headhunting , and agency coordination.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job descriptions and target candidate profiles.
- Conduct initial screening / interviews to assess candidate fit and interest.
- Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, reports, and metrics.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience and strong employer branding throughout the hiring process.
Desired Candidate Profile :
MBA / PGDM in HR or related field2-5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition , with a focus on sales hiring in the real estate domainStrong understanding of sales KPIs and target-driven rolesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environmentHands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter , and Excel reporting
