Roles and Responsibilities of a Lead Generation Specialist
1. Lead Qualification
2. Assess prospects based on company needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
3. Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.Outreach & Communication
4. Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and other channels to connect with prospects.
5. Nurture leads through consistent follow-up and engagement.
6. Data Management
7. Maintain accurate and updated records of all leads in CRM systems.
8. Track and report lead generation activities, conversions, and outcomes.
9. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams
10. Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless handover of leads.
11. Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
12. Campaign Execution
13. Support marketing campaigns by generating leads through webinars, events, and digital channels.
14. Optimize lead generation strategies based on analytics and performance metrics.
15. Market Intelligence
16. Gather insights on competitor activities, market trends, and potential growth opportunities.
17. Performance Tracking
18. Regularly review KPIs such as lead conversion rates, response rates, and ROI from campaigns.
