Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Technical Head / Project Manager with deep technical expertise in MERN stack and AWS, strong team leadership skills, and a passion for building scalable digital products. This role involves technical oversight, project ownership, code optimization, and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end architecture and full stack development using MERN stack
• Guide and mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices
• Oversee sprint planning, delivery timelines, and stakeholder communication
• Work closely with UI / UX, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure high-quality delivery
• Drive technical strategy and product roadmap with scalability in mind
• Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize backend and frontend code
• Manage cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS) and deployment pipelines
