About the Role :
We are hiring a hands-on Technical Manager who will both lead and contribute directly to development. The ideal candidate is a full-stack engineer at heart, skilled in backend and frontend systems, and passionate about building scalable, reliable software. Youll spend around 3040% of your time coding while guiding the team in architecture, delivery, and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across backend and frontend systems.
- Architect and implement scalable solutions, balancing performance, security, and usability.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of full-stack, backend, and frontend developers.
- Perform regular code reviews, pair programming, and provide technical guidance.
- Drive technical discussions, make architecture decisions, and set coding standards.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Manage sprints, ensure delivery timelines, and balance coding with leadership duties.
- Evaluate and adopt modern tools, frameworks, and practices to improve productivity.
Requirements :
Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.8-12 years of professional development experience with :
Backend : Strong in Java, Python, Node.js, or .NET.Frontend : Proficiency in React, Angular, or Vue.js.Solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.Strong database knowledge (SQL and NoSQL).Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Familiar with CI / CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps best practices.Proven track record of balancing coding with team leadership.Strong communication and decision-making skills.Nice to Have :
Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless experience.Familiarity with mobile frameworks (React Native, Flutter).Agile methodology experience and project management skills.What We Offer :
