Technical Manager - Full Stack Development

About the Role :

We are hiring a hands-on Technical Manager who will both lead and contribute directly to development. The ideal candidate is a full-stack engineer at heart, skilled in backend and frontend systems, and passionate about building scalable, reliable software. Youll spend around 3040% of your time coding while guiding the team in architecture, delivery, and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across backend and frontend systems.
• Architect and implement scalable solutions, balancing performance, security, and usability.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of full-stack, backend, and frontend developers.
• Perform regular code reviews, pair programming, and provide technical guidance.
• Drive technical discussions, make architecture decisions, and set coding standards.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage sprints, ensure delivery timelines, and balance coding with leadership duties.
• Evaluate and adopt modern tools, frameworks, and practices to improve productivity.
