Job Summary :
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with a strong foundation in software development and project delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading Agile teams, coordinating sprints, managing releases, and ensuring successful project execution in collaboration with developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage software development projects using Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Own the project lifecycle from planning to deployment and post-release support
- Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Oversee release management and ensure timely and quality delivery
- Coordinate with development teams, QA / testers, and product owners for seamless execution
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and communication with stakeholders
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and progress reports
- Utilize tools like Jira, Trello, or similar for backlog tracking and sprint execution
- Work with SQL / Sequel databases and have a basic technical understanding to bridge gaps between devs and business
