Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore for a Fashion Design Instructor. The Fashion Design Instructor will be responsible for teaching design thinking, developing curriculum, instructional design, and training students. They will be responsible for preparing and delivering lectures, creating lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing guidance and feedback to help students improve their skills. The instructor will also stay current on industry trends and incorporate that knowledge into the curriculum.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Thinking and Curriculum Development skills
• Experience in Teaching and Instructional Design
• Training skills with the ability to guide and mentor students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students
• Professional experience in fashion design is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
