We’re not looking for just a designer.
We’re looking for someone ready to roll up their sleeves, get their hands in the ink, and build with us — one print, one stitch, one shirt at a time.
As a
Creative Designer / Analyst , you’ll be immersed in every detail of artisanal garment creation. You’ll document processes, drive quality, and grow with a brand that believes in
earning beauty through effort .
✧ What You’ll Do
1.
Garment Cutting & Pattern Implementation
Understand pattern-making fundamentals and assist in fabric cutting.
Ensure precision in cutting based on established garment patterns.
Work alongside the production team to maintain fit accuracy and design adherence.
2.
Hands-on Involvement in the Hand Block Printing Process
Select and prepare cut fabric pieces for hand block printing.
Guide block printers to ensure accurate execution as per sample references.
Oversee the printing process and ensure design precision and color consistency.
Document and standardize the printing process for repeatability and quality control.
3.
Process Documentation & Control
Create step-by-step documentation for all stages of garment production.
Develop checklists and process controls to maintain consistency in printing and finishing.
Identify and implement improvements in workflow efficiency.
4.
Stitching & Garment Construction
Participate in the stitching process to understand garment construction.
Collaborate with master tailors to enhance garment finishing and detailing.
Identify potential challenges in stitching and proactively suggest solutions.
5.
Learning & Team Development
Develop a comprehensive understanding of each process at Jazba Curators LLP.
Work closely with the team to streamline operations and improve production quality.
Contribute to team-building efforts and mentor future recruits as the company scales.
✧ Who You Are
Deeply passionate about textiles, process, and learning-by-doing
Enthusiastic to work in the shoes of a block printer or tailor
Keen to understand shirt construction — especially cutting and finishing
Strong sense of discipline and ownership
Fluent in Adobe Suite (Advanced), MS Excel (Intermediate)
Beginner-level skills in pattern making and cutting
Articulate communicator, especially in English
Bonus Skills :
Video editing, Clo 3D, AI in design

✧ Qualifications
B.Des in Textile Design or B.Sc / M.Sc in Textile & Fashion Design
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
