Job description

We are looking for a highly committed individual, someone who can creatively strategize / execute anushé pirani's design sensibility. This role is responsible for managing the entire design process from research & concept development to sampling and production keeping in mind our brand and its unique aesthetic. The right candidate should have command of best practices in fashion illustration, textile development and management and experience with slow fashion brands.

Location : Prabhadevi, Mumbai

(Full-time, No WORK FROM HOME)

Duration : 4 months

Stipend : ₹12,000 per month

Joining : Immediately

Job profile

Assist in

research, concept development, and sampling

for upcoming collections

Creating

mood boards, experimenting with fabrics and technique applications .

Work closely on

textile and surface development , coordinating with artisans and production teams

Support the

design and execution process

from sketch to final prototype

Maintain brand archives, tech packs, and sample logs

Create

illustrations and digital renderings

that reflect our brand aesthetic

Be part of

brainstorming

sessions for collection stories and

product development

Strong

sourcing skills

that includes sourcing fabrics and trimmings.

Oversee

design and production

related tasks.

Specific needs

1) A graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design (not currently studying)

2)

Should be based in Mumbai.

3) Access to your own laptop for the duration of the internship

4) Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.

5) Must have leadership and management skills.

6) Must have passion for slow and sustainable fashion.

7) Experience with sustainable brands.

8) Must have a strong design aesthetic and creativity.

9) Zero waste pattern & design

10) Keen eye for detail, structure and silhouette

11) Understanding of anushé pirani's aesthetic and style.

12) Ability to give direction, multitask and work proactively in a face-paced environment

13) Quick learner and strong team player
