About This Role
We are seeking an ambitious Human Resources Specialist to oversee employee engagement, onboarding, and HR operations. This position will serve as the primary point of contact for employees and contractors, ensuring seamless communication and a positive experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support new hires with their onboarding, induction, and HR calls.
- Coordinate documentation and vendor communication activities.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle contractor complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure timely resolution of queries by coordinating with internal teams.
- Manage exit procedures and conduct exit interviews.
- Monitor the HR email inbox and ensure all inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Collaborate with Accounts, Operations, and Delivery teams to resolve gaps or escalations.
Requirements :
A minimum of 1–4 years of experience in HR, preferably in employee engagement and onboarding.Excellent communication and coordination skills.A proactive, approachable, and employee-centric attitude.The ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with cross-functional teams.A creative mindset to introduce fresh engagement ideas.
