What We Are Looking For

We are hiring a  Founder’s Office Executive  to work directly with our CEO and leadership team. This is a high-impact role designed for fresh graduates who want to learn the inside workings of a scaling technology company while directly contributing to its growth. In this role, you will :

Act as the CEO’s “second brain” by ensuring strategic priorities are executed with speed and efficiency.

Attend key leadership meetings, capture insights, and drive seamless follow-ups.

Play a critical role in aligning teams across geographies, as the CEO splits time between the US (GTM) and UK (Engineering) offices.

Take ownership of smaller meetings and operational dependencies on behalf of the CEO, leading them independently and ensuring closure.

Work on founder-led special projects, business performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination.

Manage critical communications and stakeholder interactions across levels.

Support the CEO with travel planning, meeting preparation, and post-meeting follow-ups.
