Job Title : Admission Counselor

Department : Sales / Counselling

Location : Rohini West, New Delhi

Experience Required : 2–5 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Admission Counselor to join our growing EdTech team. The role involves guiding students and working professionals in making informed decisions about their education and career paths. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills with a strong customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel students / professionals regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission processes.
  • Manage outbound calls, emails, and convert leads into successful admissions.
  • Understand learners’ requirements and recommend suitable programs.
  • Provide complete information on courses, eligibility, admission process, and fee structure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and working professionals.
  • Achieve monthly / quarterly admission targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM / Excel.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Key Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable with phone / video counselling and presentations
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM software
  • Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Prior experience in counseling, sales, or customer service (preferably in EdTech / education sector)
