• Elysian Grand - Nagavara
• Blue Diamond - Rachenahalli, behind Manyata Tech Park

We are looking for receptionists in both the hotels

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist located in Bengaluru. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming and assisting guests, handling phone calls, and performing clerical duties. Additional responsibilities include maintaining guest service standards, addressing inquiries, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.

Qualifications

Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties

Strong Clerical Skills and Communication abilities

Exceptional Customer Service skills

Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent would be great
