Compliance Manager

Manage Direct & Indirect Taxation (GST, Income Tax).

Handle Labour Laws compliance, Return Filings, MCA filings, resolutions, Assessments etc.

Ensure timely statutory compliance and support audits, reply of notices and attend hearings.

Provide tax planning, advisory, and risk management support.

Dealing with commercial tax departments and consultants / auditors for tax audit, statutory audit and other reviews

Provide Tax related advisory on business transactions, vendor / customers contracts, and new business models

Prepare and review monthly and annual tax provisions and tax disclosures in financial statements

Qualifications :

Semi-qualified CA / CS / Accounts & Finance.

Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, Labour Laws & Corporate Compliance.

Hands-on experience in return filings, assessments & regulatory submissions
