Proven track record of delivering measurable ROI through creative strategies and landing page optimization. Strong expertise in Business Manager, Ads Manager & Events Manager. Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.). Excellent analytical, creative, and communication skills. Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.

About the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer (Meta Ads Specialist) with 4–5 years of proven experience in scaling ROI-focused campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong performance marketing mindset, hands-on expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and a track record of building high-converting creatives and landing pages.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize performance-driven campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Audience Network.
- Build and refine high-converting creatives and landing pages to maximize CTR, leads, and sales.
- Own budgets and bidding strategies to deliver strong ROI / ROAS.
- Conduct A / B tests on ads, creatives, audiences, and funnels.
- Ensure accurate tracking via Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and Events Manager.
- Monitor KPIs (CPA, CTR, ROAS, LTV) and present data-backed insights.
- Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, algorithms, and competitor benchmarks.
