Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Engineer to support and optimize wastewater treatment systems in a high-tech semiconductor manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with process design, system integration, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring of critical utility systems supporting semiconductor fabs. The role includes leading vendor management, reviewing design deliverables, and ensuring engineering documentation meets project and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

1.Wastewater Treatment Systems :

• Design, operate, and troubleshoot wastewater treatment processes including chemical, physical, and biological treatment (e.g., pH neutralization, metal precipitation, sludge handling, DI regeneration waste, fluoride removal, and reclaim systems).
• Ensure environmental compliance with all relevant permits and discharge limits (local, state, and federal).
• Optimize water reuse and recycling within the facility to reduce water footprint.
• Support startup, commissioning, and qualification activities as the client representative
• Develop, review, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), commissioning plans, and test protocols.
