- Conduct interviews, assessments, and evaluations to identify the best candidates for various roles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in human resources, preferably in talent acquisition or recruitment.Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Familiarity with HR software and systems, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS).
