Key Responsibilities :
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, coordination, and selection.
- Conduct onboarding formalities and engaging induction sessions for new employees.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth joining experiences.
2. Employee Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate employee records and master databases.Handle ID card creation, joining forms, and document collection.Ensure timely completion of background verification (BGV).3. Insurance & Employee Benefits
Manage employee insurance enrollments, deletions, and claims.Communicate coverage details and assist employees with related queries.4. Employee Engagement
Plan and execute engagement activities, festive celebrations, and recognition programs.Support initiatives that enhance employee morale and workplace culture.5. HR Operations & Reporting
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and trackers using advanced Excel and Google Sheets.Assist with payroll coordination and general HR administration.Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness in all HR processes.6. General Coordination & Support
Collaborate with teams across departments for HR-related activities.Take ownership of assigned tasks and handle diverse responsibilities with a proactive attitude.Skills & Attributes :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and data-driven approach.Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic environments.High integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.Hardworking, dependable, and team-oriented with a positive attitude.Education :
