Job Description

• Strategic Planning : Lead annual and quarterly strategic planning processes. Identify key priorities and align cross-functional teams around strategic objectives.
• CEO Office Projects : Drive mission-critical projects on behalf of the CEO / COO - ranging from growth strategy, market entry, M&A, org transformation, etc.
• Business Intelligence & Insights : Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, customer behavior, and operational data to inform strategic decisions.
• New Initiatives : Assess feasibility and build execution roadmaps for new business verticals, revenue streams, or product expansions.
• Stakeholder Management : Work with CXOs, product heads, marketing, operations, and finance teams to align on strategic initiatives.
• Board and Investor Communication : Support the preparation of board decks, investor updates, and leadership reviews.

The Successful Applicant

• Experience in a top-tier consulting firm, corporate strategy function, or CEO's office role at a high-growth organization.
• Strong academic credentials from a Tier-1 institution (e.g., IIMs, ISB, IITs, Ivy League or equivalent).
• Demonstrated ability to work on ambiguous, cross-functional projects with measurable business outcomes.
• Highly analytical mindset with strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; SQL / BI tools are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills - ability to influence and align stakeholders across levels.
• Entrepreneurial drive, ownership mindset, and a bias for action.
