As an associate in the CEO's Office, your primary responsibility will be to contribute to and drive the strategy-to-execution agenda for the CEO's office. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across a diverse set of initiatives and priorities, ensuring alignment, preparedness, and accountability across stakeholders.
Key Expectations :
- Work closely with the Chief of Staff in driving the CEO's office agenda (50%)
- Help bring things together
- Translate the CEO Office priorities and execution outcomes
- Drive and contribute to execution on key initiatives as and when needed
- Support key firm-level operating process - Firm OKR process, Quarterly, Monthly, and Fortnightly Priorities
- Drive the India Management Forum agenda ( 30%)
- Prepare clear, outcome-oriented agendas for related operating reviews
- Review and synthesize content and insights before meetings to maximize effectiveness.
- Capture and circulate concise minutes that highlight key discussions and actions.
- Track, follow up, and report progress on critical action items
- End-to-end support to the CEO during the India travel plans (20%)
- Shadow the CEO during India visits - provide end-to-end support to the CEO
- Own end-to-end design, execution, and support of the agenda. Partner with different stakeholders as needed.
- Follow up and track the actions from the visit. Ensure closure and timely updates
