About The Role

Major Accountabilities

Promuovi una crescita competitiva delle vendite

Identifica e assegna priorità ai clienti ad alto potenziale attraverso l'analisi dei dati (operatori sanitari e parti interessate) che influenzano le decisioni sulle prescrizioni

Promuovi le performance di vendita attraverso l'orchestrazione sapiente di esperienze positive per i clienti

Coinvolgi e costruisci relazioni.

Partecipa a conversazioni basate sul valore (di persona e virtualmente) per comprendere le sfide critiche dei clienti, i fattori decisionali, i punti deboli e le opportunità

Personalizza e orchestra i percorsi di coinvolgimento dei clienti per gli operatori sanitari target riflettendo le preferenze dei clienti, sfruttando i contenuti disponibili e più canali di coinvolgimento

Costruire il coinvolgimento lavorando in partnership con gli operatori sanitari per sviluppare una collaborazione duratura nel tempo per Novartis

Offri esperienze memorabili e incentrate sul cliente al di là della differenziazione clinica, ascoltando le sue esigenze e comprendendo il suo ambiente sanitario

Stabilire relazioni di lavoro efficaci con opinion leader e top influencer medici (a livello territoriale) e sfidare i comportamenti attuali al fine di migliorare il percorso del paziente (paziente giusto, momento giusto)

Sviluppa informazioni approfondite e comprensione dei clienti

Raccogli informazioni sull'attività del cliente per scoprire ciò che è importante per lui

Segui il feedback dei clienti e traduci le risposte in azioni che creano valore aggiunto e superano le aspettative

Sfrutta le fonti di dati disponibili per creare, assegnare dinamicamente le priorità e modificare i piani di interazione con il territorio, l'account e i clienti pertinenti

Condividi le informazioni sui clienti con gli stakeholder interni rilevanti su base continuativa per supportare lo sviluppo di contenuti, campagne e piani di interazione relativi ai prodotti e alle indicazioni

Offri valore a clienti e pazienti

Collabora in modo conforme con i team interfunzionali per progettare e implementare soluzioni che rispondano alle esigenze insoddisfatte di clienti e pazienti

Agire come partner di fiducia per il cliente allo scopo di aiutarlo a gestire la propria attività; ascoltare per imparare; sforzarsi di approfondire la relazione in modo conforme ed etico; creare soluzioni a valore aggiunto.

Agisci con integrità e onestà trattando clienti e colleghi in modo trasparente e rispettoso con un chiaro intento. Quando affronti dilemmi etici, fai la cosa giusta e parla quando le cose non sembrano giuste. Vivere secondo il Codice Etico e i Valori e i Comportamenti di Novartis.
