- Lead Management & Conversion :
- Manage the complete lead-to-client conversion process.
- Generate proposals, negotiate terms, and onboard new clients efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups.
- Collaboration & Delivery Oversight :
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure smooth delivery of talent solutions.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or escalations promptly.
- Market Research & Strategy :
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and client hiring patterns.
- Develop strategies to approach new business opportunities and expand client base.
- Reporting & Documentation :
- Prepare periodic reports on leads, client acquisition, and revenue generated.
- Track performance metrics to optimize business development efforts.
