Position Description :

The Group Product Manager (GPM) will be responsible for leading the strategy, planning, and execution for multiple brands or a therapeutic portfolio. This role entails driving brand performance, developing long-term strategic plans, overseeing lifecycle management, and ensuring achievement of revenue and profitability goals. The GPM will provide leadership to a team of product managers and play a key role in cross-functional alignment with sales, medical, regulatory, and external stakeholders.

The incumbent will develop country operating plans, drive segmentation and targeting strategies, and champion marketing innovation while balancing resource optimization and execution excellence.
