Job description

Recykal is seeking a visionary and hands-on Product Leader to drive the next phase of product innovation and platform scalability. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will shape product strategy, align cross-functional teams, and deliver cutting-edge solutions that power circular economy transformation. You will champion a user-first, data-driven product culture and inspire teams to build scalable, sustainable, and impactful digital products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Product Vision & Strategy : Define and articulate the product vision aligned with Recykal’s mission. Translate long-term goals into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Lead & Inspire Product Teams : Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, Designers, and Analysts. Foster a high-performance and collaborative team culture centered on innovation and impact.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset : Embed customer empathy in every stage of the product lifecycle through discovery, interviews, feedback loops, and behavioral analytics.
  • End-to-End Execution : Lead the execution of product initiatives across the lifecycle—from ideation to launch and growth—ensuring excellence in delivery and user experience.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment : Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to align roadmaps, drive execution, and remove blockers.
  • Measure What Matters : Define and own product success metrics. Use experimentation, A / B testing, and data analytics to inform decisions, optimize outcomes, and iterate quickly.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Act as the voice of the product to executive leadership, board, and external stakeholders. Communicate priorities, progress, and challenges clearly and proactively.
  • Drive Innovation & Scalability : Stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies. Identify opportunities for platform growth, automation, and new business models in the sustainability ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years leading and scaling product teams.
  • Proven success in launching complex, scalable, and customer-facing digital products.
  • Deep expertise in product discovery, platform design, and growth strategy.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Highly analytical, with strong business acumen and fluency in product metrics, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced, and mission-driven environments.
  • Background in logistics, SaaS, B2B2C, or B2B marketplace platforms is a strong plus.
  • MBA from IIM / ISB or other top-tier institutions preferred.
