The Product Manager, Technical is ultimately accountable, responsible, and has ownership of internal and external products, platforms, services, experiences envisioned and created to achieve the specific business purpose or business results.

What Youll Do

• Own product end to end for products or features with moderate level of complexity and scope
• Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and drive product vision and roadmap
• Lead and manage product backlog for 14 agile / scrum teams
• Collaborate across development, architecture, engineering, marketing, and stakeholder teams
• Translate strategy into detailed features, user stories, and release plans
• Manage end-to-end technical delivery and product execution
• Evangelize and advocate for customer needs through every phase of product lifecycle
• Track product health metrics, lead Quarterly Business Reviews, and ensure production quality
• Identify and resolve execution or operational impediments
• Contribute to adoption tools, training materials, and stakeholder support
