Key Responsibilities
Product Development Support
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to maintain and refine the product backlog
- Write and update user stories, acceptance criteria, and simple documentation
- Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and daily stand-ups to support engineering execution
- Work with the BA and Solution Architect to understand requirements and feasibility
User & Market Research
Conduct basic competitor research and summarize key insightsParticipate in user research sessions and document findingsSupport hypothesis validation and contribute to discovery activitiesData & Reporting
Track and report key product metrics and sprint progressAssist in QA test case reviews and UAT coordinationSupport analysis of user behavior and usage trends to inform prioritizationCross-functional Coordination
Work closely with QA, Delivery Manager, and UX to ensure timely and quality releasesAssist in communication across internal teams (Sales, Support, Marketing) when requiredHelp organize product demos, feedback sessions, and stakeholder walkthroughsPre-sales Support
Occasionally support the Sales team by participating in demos and presentationsAssist in responding to RFPs and preparing product-related materials for sales conversationsSupport ROI discussions with prospects and customersRepresent the product at internal and external events (e.g., webinars, tradeshows)Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related disciplinesOverall, 5+ years of experience in the technology domain as a software developer, QA or in any other engineering or business management discipline.Experience in the financial, banking or lending domain.Subject matter expertise in the domain area of the product being managedDemonstrated interest in technology, user experience, and business strategyStrong written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with Agile development methodologiesBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldComfort with productivity tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Excel, Notion, Miro)Preferred Qualifications
Internship or coursework in product management, UX, or software deliveryExposure to low-code platforms such as Pega, Mendix, or SalesforceBasic understanding of the software development lifecycle and APIsExperience working on user-centric products or internal toolsExperience with Pega blueprint.Success Metrics
