Account Growth Manager | 1.5 Degree
At 1.5 Degree , we’re rewriting how India experiences dairy — with 100% natural, plant-based gelatos, kulfis, beverages, and tofu. We’re expanding fast across QSRs, cinemas, hospitals, and corporate cafeterias, and we need Account Growth Managers who can own client accounts end-to-end, drive sales, and ensure operatio nal excellence.
🚀 What You’ll Do
- Own and grow key existing institutional clients with full responsibility for sales, client relations, and on-ground performance across Pan-India.
- Be the face of 1.5 Degree at sites — engaging with client managers, staff, and customers to deliver a 360° experience.
- Upsell & expand : Identify opportunities to add more product lines, increase counters, and open new sites within accounts.
- Manage operations : Stock-taking, hygiene, SOP compliance, and site branding visibility.
- Coordinate & lead teams : Work with internal branding, logistics, and kitchen teams — ensuring smooth execution and accountability.
- Deliver results : Drive profitability, control costs, and create strong client partnerships that scale.

3–6 years of relevant experience in operations, account management, or hospitality / QSR industry .Track record of driving sales growth & client engagement .Ability to multitask — managing staff, branding, inventory, and customer experience at once.Energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about building something new.Willingness to travel and be present at client sites regularly.🌍 Why Join Us?
