About the Role :

We are seeking a hands-on Lead to spearhead our Canada hiring practice , with a strong focus on federal and provincial government clients . The ideal candidate will bring in-depth knowledge of the Canada staffing market , proven expertise in federal account hiring , and the ability to manage and scale multiple strategic accounts. This is a leadership-driven, high-impact role for someone who thrives in client-focused delivery and is passionate about building a specialized Canada practice .

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for federal, strategic consulting clients and provincial government clients in Canada.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with federal compliance requirements and account-specific needs.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team focused on delivering for Canada accounts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring consistent delivery, satisfaction, and account growth.
• Track market trends, government RFPs, and demand pipelines to stay ahead of hiring needs.
• Drive aggressive growth in the Canada business segment by owning delivery accountability.
