Role Overview : The Senior Manager – Rewards, Performance & Organization Effectiveness will play a pivotal role in shaping people strategy through robust compensation frameworks, performance enablement systems, and organizational design excellence.
This role demands a balance of analytical depth, stakeholder influence, and design thinking to create scalable HR solutions that drive business growth while enhancing employee engagement and equity.
Knowledge and Skill / Qualification Requirements
- Education : MBA / PGDM in Human Resources from a top-tier institute (e.g., XLRI, TISS, MDI, etc.).
- Experience : 5–8 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to Rewards, Performance Management, and Organization Effectiveness in fast-growing or tech-led environments.
- Experience managing large-scale HR processes impacting 3000+ employees across diverse business units.
- Proficiency in HR analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel).
- Experience with HRMS implementation and cross-functional stakeholder management. Role Description

Design and lead the annual compensation cycle, including budgeting, salary benchmarking, performance-linked pay, and variable pay programs.Build differentiated rewards frameworks that recognize high performers and critical talent, aligned with our growth priorities.Continuously assess and enhance employee benefits such as car lease programs, meal coupons, corporate NPS, and more, ensuring competitiveness and adoption.Partner with Finance and Business teams on Annual Operating Plan (AOP) management — overseeing manpower cost and headcount projections.Oversee job architecture and levelling frameworks to maintain internal equity and organizational clarity across brands and functions.Performance Management
Own the end-to-end performance management process — from goal setting and mid-year reviews to year-end appraisals.Drive performance culture through analytics, campaigns, and leadership enablement — improving completion rates and feedback quality.Build frameworks for continuous performance and career conversations, enabling managers to coach and develop their teams.Use data insights to identify high-performing teams, performance gaps, and strategic interventions for business impact. Organization EffectivenessPartner with senior leadership to conduct org design and structure analysis — optimizing spans, layers, and workforce alignment.Build and maintain Power BI-based dashboards for workforce analytics, cost modeling, and organization health metrics.Lead projects that drive operational efficiency, culture alignment, and scalable design across businesses and functions.Evaluate and implement HRMS / ERP solutions to automate processes, integrate data, and enhance employee experience.Act as a strategic advisor on org restructuring, talent planning, and headcount governance.
