Able to understand about the business processShould possess clear understanding about employee life-cycle right from resource Management, Position Management, Compensation and Performance Management.Hands on experience on Stakeholder Management - both internal and external stakeholders as per the business requirementAble to partner with the business to identify the business needs towards talent managementAdhere to FAI Policies and procedures and educate employees at frequent intervals and ensure them to align with Organization ObjectivesStrong knowledge or ability to learn and execute about the HRMS tools and process as per the changing needs of the businessAble to provide proactive support and guidance to the leadership team and act as a coach for people managersDrive Performance Management System (PMS) to enable Business Managers to have developmental conversation with their team members within the agreed timelineCollaborate with business to drive Employee Engagement InitiativesShould possess high Interpersonal Skill and ability to handle employee queriesKnowledge about the statistical tool and analytical skill; able to provide relevant metrics and dashboards to the business to make HR related Business DecisionsHands on experience on HRMS tools - preferably Workday. Should have sound knowledge on MS Excel and Powerpoint.Educational Qualification and Experience :
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate
- MBA specialized in HR would be preferable
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience in the similar role
