Job Description :

Chartered Accountant (CA)

Industry :  Logistics and Shipping industry

Experience :  2 to 3 years (Post Qualification)

Location :  Chennai

CTC : ₹ 8.5 to 9.5 L

Role Description :

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience . The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in company formation, corporate accounts, statutory compliance, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage company registration, incorporation, and related statutory filings.
• Handle corporate accounts, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company law.
• Prepare and file income tax returns, GST, and other statutory returns.
• Conduct internal audits and maintain accurate financial documentation.
• Provide advisory support on corporate finance, company law matters, and regulatory frameworks.
• Liaise with auditors, regulators, and external stakeholders as required.
