Business Analyst - Finance (Fresher- Chartered Accountant)

Job descriptionDevelop and maintain the product roadmap for financial modules, aligning with business goals and market trends. Identify and prioritize new features or enhancements based on customer feedback, compliance needs, and competitive analysis. Ensure the financial modules adopt the latest technological advancements and best practices in ERP systems Work closely with internal teams, customers, and industry experts to gather and analyze financial requirements Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and technical specifications for development teams. Provide insights and guidance during the development phase to ensure compliance with financial standards and regulations (e.g., IFRS, GAAP). Ensure seamless integration of the finance module with other ERP modules, such as procurement, HR, and supply chain. Lead the end-to-end implementation of the ERP finance module, from Requirements gathering, data migration, User Champion Training, User Acceptance Testing and Go-live. Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and technical specifications to guide development teams. Assist in data migration activities, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data. Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions on ERP functionalities. Configure and test ERP modules to ensure operational accuracy and seamless integration. Act as the go-to person for all queries related to the ERP finance module. Stay updated on advancements in regulations, technology, and finance innovations to deliver informed recommendations. Passion for finance automation and emerging technologies. Previous exposure to client-facing roles or internships in ERP implementation is an advantage. Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to engage effectively with clients, both individually and as part of a team. Highly motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, and collaborative environment. Willingness to travel internationally as needed. Passion for finance automation and emerging technologies. Previous exposure to client-facing roles or internships in ERP implementation is an advantage. Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Job Summary
