Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team as a consultant. This opportunity is perfect for freshers or professionals with up to 1 year of experience who wish to build a career in a dynamic consultancy environment. The Assistant Manager will support various client engagements by assisting in financial reporting, bookkeeping, compliance, advisory, and taxation matters.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in financial reporting, ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance standards
- Manage bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
- Work on direct and indirect taxation, including GST, income tax, and corporate tax matters
- Provide advisory support on corporate law and financial structuring
- Support transaction advisory by analyzing financial data and preparing reports
- Ensure timely preparation and filing of statutory returns
- Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial planning and strategy development
- Maintain strong client relationships, providing solutions for complex financial challenges
- Stay updated on regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with relevant financial laws
Required Knowledge :
A strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles, including knowledge of bookkeeping practicesKnowledge of direct and indirect taxation, including GST, income tax, and corporate tax regulationsAwareness of corporate law, governance, and regulatory compliance requirementsFamiliarity with accounting software and financial modeling tools used for financial reporting and analysisRequired Skills :
Ability to analyze financial data, identify key issues, and develop effective solutionsStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to clients and team membersAbility to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalismStrong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, tax compliance, and other critical tasksExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced work environmentAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting, along with experience using accounting and financial modeling softwareExperience & Qualification :
