Job Description :

We are hiring Chartered Accountant (CA) Freshers for Accounting team. The role offers excellent exposure to Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, FP&A, Inventory across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Basic understanding of business advisory services, including strategy development, risk management, and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Familiarity with financial analysis tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Professional certification (CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA) or actively pursuing these certifications is preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • Support the advisory team in delivering consulting services to clients, including conducting financial analysis and risk assessments.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting advisory reports and recommendations, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support client projects and decision-making.
  • Help in the development and implementation of strategies to address client needs and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful execution of consulting projects.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to contribute effectively to advisory projects.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance consulting skills and knowledge.
